“Check-in with Rose was easy and pleasant. The room A/C worked perfectly. The bed was comfortable. The television had many channels from which to choose. It was quiet, yet close to many Ft. Smith restaurants. Recommended.”

“Room was not maintained at all. Flooring coming apart. Door sweep destroyed and hanging by a single screw. Shower had a terrible leak. Hallways smelled like old smoke, even though the hotel was "no smoking". Seemed like a quick (and badly done) remodeled hotel. Luckily it was only for a nite.”

“The Blue Jay room is beautiful. It was well appointed, the bed extremely comfortable and the jacuzzi tub quite enjoyable. We enjoyed coffee and a game of billiards before we checked out. Check-in was easy and the owners communicated well.”

“We canceled our reservation after an uncomfortable experience at the front desk. We had an issue with the deposit, but the main reason we decided not to stay was the attitude of the old man at the front desk. After a long drive to get there, we expected a simple greeting, a welcoming smile, and professional customer service. Instead, we were met with a very serious and unfriendly attitude, with no greeting or warm welcome at all. We also noticed the same behaviour toward other guests coming in...

“I stay there quite often. I'm always trying to be clean friendly staff and even an early check-in the only thing is stay was advertise a pool and they advertise a breakfast which neither they have so I was kind of disappointed about that but other than that I think the price is a little too high for the condition of a two-star property but the staff makes it worth it”
